Jack,

The trailer has been sitting at the studio like you asked since you
sent this
e-mail. As you know, it was purchased with the band's BMG money. Your
name is
on it only because you purchased the trailer with that money acting as
an agent
of the band. Since you are no longer in the band you are entitled to
1/5 of the
value of the trailer, as you've been previously informed.

Because the band can not sell the trailer and divide up it's value
without the
registration in the bands name, they are willing to trust that once you
sell
the trailer you will give the band their 3/5 value of it.

The band no longer wants the trailer to sit in front of their place of
business.
Please remove it in 24 hours or it will be towed.
